“Mindfulness meditation is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body. Mindfulness techniques can vary, but in general, mindfulness meditation involves a breathing practice and awareness of body and mind.” (verywellmind.com)
The benefits of Mindfulness Meditation are wide and far reaching, positively impacting not only our ability to manage surface level stress but also issues with our physical body, mental health and chronic illness
Research has shown that mindfulness meditation can help in managing difficult thoughts and emotions and building resilience. It also helps to improve relationships, improve work performance, and support healthy lifestyle habits.
TRAINING OVERVIEW
